Pauline Leigh Winn, 79, of Alpharetta, formerly of Savannah died Saturday, May 26, 2007. She was a member of St. Martin in the Field Episcopal Church in Atlanta. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, United Daughters of the Confederacy, The Georgia Salzburger Society, and the Daughters of the American Colonist.
Her husband, William S. Winn, III preceded her in death.
She is survived by her children; Stephen Leigh Winn and wife Janice V. Winn of Sarasota, FL, Frederick Leigh Winn and wife Melanie M. Winn of Marietta, Catherine Winn Courtney and husband John W. Courtney of Alpharetta, Mark Leigh Winn and wife Jennifer D. Winn of Tucker; eight grandchildren, Jason M. Winn and wife Angie R. Winn, Katie L. Winn, Kimberly J. Winn, Peter W. Courtney, J. Nathan Courtney, Sarah C. Courtney, Michael A. Winn, and Rebecca N. Winn; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 30, 2007, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, May 31, 2007, at 11:00 a.m., in Bonaventure Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
